Krishna Vidya Mandir Is Co-Educational English Medium School. The School Was Founded in The Year 1995 By Mrs. Radha Bhandari. The School Which Is Affiliated to CBSE Board, takes Admission from Nursery to Class XII.It Was Established on 6th April,1995.

K.V.M. Opened Its Doors With 7 Students In 1995,But with The Untiring Attempts of Our Staff, Constant Support of Parents and Zealous Performance of Our Students, This Number Rose To 1900 Today. Numbers Swelled and Confidence Quickly Grew & Now Since Its Opening, The School’s Dynamic Educational Environment Has Continued to Evolve. Due to The Hard Work of The First Principal Mrs. Kamlesh Bhandari And the Concerted Efforts of The Manager Mr. Manjul Bhandari, The School Received Permanent Recognition.

In 1995, The School Was Started in A Small Way and Formally Founded by Mrs. Radha Bhandari.She Completed Her Schooling Form Adam's Girls Inter College,Almora.She Has Pursued Her Higher Education from Almora. She Named the School Krishna Vidya Mandir In the Memory of Her Late Husband Mr. Krishna Chandra Bhandari Who Was Deputy Commissioner Excise. It Began With A Few Students and A Group of Committed Teachers.The School Opened Its Door On 6 April 1996 With Just 7 Students but Now It Is A Large Family Comprising 1900 Students.The Bonding Between Staff and Students Are Very Informal and Personal Excellence Is the Buzzword.
